Brief Answer:
Seborrhoeic keratoses and its treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you are having seborrhoeic keratoses or age spots.
These are benign growths in the skin common in some individuals.
There occurence is not related to the radiation emitted from XXXXXXX towers.
In fact there is no specific reason for their occurence in some individuals and not in others.
Your doctor is right in saying that there is no permanent cure for them.
If you want to avoid any procedure for them I would recommend you to apply tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on these spots at bedtime along with application of sunscreen during the day time.
This will lighten them but treatment needs to be continued for atleast 5-6 months and under the supervision of the doctor.
As far as home remedies are concerned they are not very effective in the treatment of these seborrhoeic keratoses but you can try using apple cider vinegar or lemon juice on these growths once daily.
This will lead to formation of scabs which will fall off leaving behind lighter skin but the results of this treatment varies from person to person and is again required for a long time.
