No Muscle spasm in neck won't affect vision.

There is no DIRECT correlation between muscle spasm in back or neck affecting vision.
However, muscle pain or spasm in the neck may be ASSOCIATED with vague pain in and around the orbit (eye ball) as in case of Occipital neuralgias where one can feel pain at the base of skull posteriorly along with pain in the eye.

what about mentally? my primary care said i need to see a specialist for my spasms which were due to a accident few months ago which resulted in wearing a boot and cast . is my body just trying to recover & heal?
