Brief Answer:
You need other investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your all symptoms suggest some autoimmune disease or vasculitis. If your ANA is negative then you should check for C XXXXXXX and P XXXXXXX Also check for Anti CCP level, vitamin B12 level, blood sugar level.

you need to be examined by rheumatologist. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
