Question : Hi,

Could this be herpes or any other STD? These are painless marks that I have had for a few years now. No blisters or soreness that I ever remember. I do have a history of psoriasis on other areas of my body.. Could this be that?

Brief Answer:
Could be Psoriatic lesions of glans penis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

I have gone through your uploaded images as well.

They definitely does not seem to be herpes lesions since these are extremely painful,in the form of vesicular lesions.

Hence this is not an STD as well.

These lesions represent Chronic stationary psoriasis/psoriasis vulgaris of the glans penis as part of psoriasis else where.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
