Brief Answer:

Emergency

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As the symptoms that you describe warrant a hospitalization and investigation.

If he keeps throwing up and has severe stomach cramps he is likely to deteriorate further.

Your son needs to be hospitalized. On doing so they can run through the blood counts, urine and stool. In fact, a culture would tell what type of organism is troubling him.

So please see the doctor or see at Emergency and request for hospitalization.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
