Hello Sir, thanks for truare magic.
Previous abortions usually have no effect on upcoming pregnancy unless there was some complication so stay relaxed from that aspect.
Take a note of the following points for conception and health of the mother and baby -
- take ample amount of water
- ask her to take good amount of milk and green leafy vegetables
- almonds and walnuts are very good and should be taken on daily basis
- avoid any kind of stress
- Ask her to take folic acid tablet daily.

Brief Answer:
No long term side effects
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
I really appreciate your broad minded attitude and respect for truth.
The good part is it won't affect her future chances of conception.
Ipill intake and that too in this high frequency can affect her menstrual cycle for a couple of months and even erratic ovulation but in case she avoids taking these tablets in future now then nothing to worry in the long run and definitely no side effect in future chances of conception.
In case you want some gap for pregnancy then best will be to ask her to take oral contraceptive pills for 3-6 cycles which will regularize her menstrual profile and good chances of conception after leaving the pills.
All the best.
