I am looking for advice based on the report received from the hospital. It started with loose motion and slowly skins of hand and leg are shrinking.Reports are attached.
I had verified the reports with online doctor and she responded. I would like to take 2nd opinion on the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hell again my dear patient,
Shrinking of skin of hands and legs-By thuis what i can undestand is most likely your body is a bit dehydrated and there can be a possible electrolyte imbalance in body.Loose motion often results in lose of large amount of fluids and essential electrolytes like sodium and potassium in body as a result of which the skin loses its turgor pressure and starts shrinking. If possible please atach a clear high resolution image of skin secondly drink plenty of electrolytes(ors) fluids water coconut water and orange juice.Better way is to sip it every 15 minutes(2-3 sips) and see if skin responds to hydration or not.
pain and burning sensation in leg while sleeping at night or sitting for long time which is not going- Can e suggestive of initial stage of peripheral neuropathy Usual symptoms .Weakness, numbness tingling and pain from nerve damage, usually in the hands and feet. This feeling is often termed as paresthesia. Paresthesia can be caused by disorders affecting the central nervous system.
advice-
Nerve conduction velocity test.
MRI brain.
MRI lumboscaral spine.
Regards.
