Brief Answer:
Errection has no relation to quality of sperms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) Sperm count and quality of sperms has nothing to do with soft or hard erection.
As sperms are produced in the testes and erect penis is just a way to get the sperms out of your body.

3 ) Also, the reason for failure of implantation of embryos can be uterus or endometrium related. Unless sperms were normal, good quality embryos would not have formed

So do not worry about erection and quality of sperms.

I hope this answer helps you.

Thank you Dr neurgaonkar for your Ans It's now clear that if embroys are good then sperms are also good.

Are doctor has asked for BHCG on 5th day and if reports are ok then he wants to start Ovral G for 15 days and on 21 day a injection then in next cycle will do FET. In 2 nd try how much egg we should transfer and how much is the possibility of getting success.

Brief Answer:
2/3 embryos as per policy. Rule out septum of uterus.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

I will suggest you to follow the policy of your IVF centre. I usually recommend transfer of 2 embryos.

Also, I am sure that she has undergone a thorough laparoscopy and hysteroscopy examination. Please. Get it done if not done earlier. In case it is septum in the uterus then it is surgically corrected completely. Sometimes, on USG septate uterus gives appearance of bicornuate uterus.

I hope this answer helps you.
May GOD bless you with a bundle of XXXXXXX

Thanks.
