Question : Hi doctor! As I grew I am worrying alot nowadays regarding my grey hairs on head first sides of the face then in beard and in chest now ingot few strands left side pubic hair as well.

I am 34 years completed this April.

I know it could be gene factor but honestly my parents they don’t remember their grey hair age exactly.

So my main thing is do we XXXXXXX male of my age get chest hairs few strands middlemof the chest say 8 strands of white hair and pubic area as well at just age of 34 ?

Pls do suggest as you might know and interact different people or different ages. Thank you

Thanks for the query.
Early greying of hairs has become very common.
Multiple factors like genetics, diet, pollution and other environmental factors as well as stress are contributors to this.
I have seen many children as young as 9 years With grey hairs on scalp and also young adults of around 20 years With grey hairs on chest.
There is no definitive treatment however you can try Tablet Pabatab, one tablet daily in night for 3 months.
If it helps you can continue for 6 months.
