I can't sleep, I can't eat when I wake up. Food in general makes me nauseous untill later in the day in most cases.
I'm really tired all the time, I thought I might have had an ulcer because of the stomach pain and nausea but I went to the doctors and they said I just had a stomach bug... That was 2 weeks ago and I still feel terrible.
Do you have any idea what this is? Is it just psychological or am I actually sick with something?
investigation is required
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
feeling nauseous for so long requires at least some basic investigation. If you don't have other symptoms as well and your doctor does not detect any signs of disease then perhaps laboratory testing may help to exclude certain disorders.
In cases like yours, I usually order a full blood count, C-reactive protein levels, serum electrolytes, urea, creatinine, thyroid-stimulating hormone, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and transaminases. If everything turns out to be normal then finding the cause won't seem very likely. Perhaps it's just the psychological stress... but you'll have to exclude other potential causes first.
I hope I've answered your quetion. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

 I think you should
Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!
As I said before, two weeks is a long time. Since pantoprazole does not seem to help with your symptoms, you do have to be tested. The tests I've suggested may help to exclude (or raise suspicion for) certain disorders. Depending on the results, more tests might be needed (like an ultrasound scan of the abdomen for example).
Best Regards!
