Question : Hello! I have been having issues with my feet over the last year or so. The skin on and in between my toes as well as the sole of both feet is very itchy and cracked/flaky. I have used athletes foot solution to no avail. Do you have any other ideas of what it might be or what I can do to help?

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
There are 2 possibilities: either eczema or tinea which is a fungal infection.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is it present on one foot or both the feet?
Are the toe nail nails normal or discolored?
Do you have any history of asthma, allergic rhinitis or eczema?

It is on both feet and my toenails are normal color. I also do not have a history of eczema, asthma, or allergic rhinitis.

Eczematous rash, topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be an eczematous rash. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected skin twice daily for 2 weeks.
This should help in resolving it.
Topical steroid are prescription drugs and should need to see the doctor before taking them.
