Brief Answer:
it helps, but i won't recommend in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per few studies, inversion therapy may release pressure/decompress over spine which helps in chronic back pain.

If you would have been my patient, I will not recommend inversion therapy as you had already underwent shoulder surgery and having deformity. Instead that, do regular physical therapy after physiotherapist consultation. Apply diclofenac gel. Gentle application of heating pads will also help.

As Inversion therapy is not recommended in high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, obesity and it should be done strictly under doctor supervision. So before that, It would be better to consult with your physician.

Hope I have answered your query.
