Brief Answer:
Answer
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
Tennis elbow is due to degeneration and inflammation of the flexor origin muscles at the outer aspect of the elbow.
Nerve injury is very rare but can be caused by a sharp border of the muscles in that area, in that case you should have pins and needles sensation over the back of the hand and weakness of wrist, fingers and Thumb extension.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
