Brief Answer:
Yes,you can have moltinodular goitre and be totaly in good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

A normal-size thyroid cannot usually be felt even if the structure of the gland is transformed in multinodular thyroid. In this case the function of the gland is normal.

Many people with goitre have normal thyroid hormone levels but some can have an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) or an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism).

A multinodular goitre that is not causing any symptoms, do not affect overall health and it is unlikely to cause problems in the long term.
It is, however, important to consult your local physician because in multinodular goire it is recommended to perform the thyroid tests(TSH,fT3 and fT4) periodically to determine whether any future treatment is needed.

2.In mostof the cases there is nt relationship between multinodular thyroid and sleep apnea.
Only large, multinodular goitres with retrolaryngo-pharyngeal extension can cause obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome due to laryngeal compression and oedema.

In such cases,it is recommended total thyroidectomy for the resolution of symptoms.

Hope i have answered to all your question.
If you have further doubts, feel free and ask.
Wish you all the best.
