Brief Answer:
Your fever and pain is very likely due to viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

It is very likely a viral infection which most commonly gives you a fever and cause headaches.
A super added viral infection can also make migraine attacks and cluster headaches worse.

You should take rest as far as possible.
Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids and oral water.
Lie in a noise free room (minimum stimulus) with dim lights.
Apply hot or cold compresses to your head.
Have coffee as caffeine helps to relieve the pain.
Take Over the counter non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Acetaminophen(Tylenol) or Ibuprofen (Advil) to relieve pain and to reduce fever.

If the symptoms do not improve, visit your clinician for further evaluation and management.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Your fever and pain is very likely due to viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Yeah....I have gone through your prescription details.
You can go for COVID testing for your peace of mind.
Please contact any Government approved laboratory for Covid PCR test including Metropolis and B. Lal,which are operational in XXXXXXX
If the Tamil Nadu Government regulations permit, they would send a technician to collect the sample (Naso pharyngeal/Oro pharyngeal swab)from home with all the due precautions but you should have a valid Doctor's prescription and valid Adhaar card.
The laboratories would be in best position to tell, whether home collection facility is available or not.
Visiting an over crowded lab might be risky and should be your last preference.
If at all,you need to visit a lab, wear N-95 mask,do frequent hand washing and sensitization and maintain social distancing.

Regards.
