Brief Answer:
Spider veins in nose seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and there is seen a tiny spider vein.
I think it is not much to worry about it.
It can be caused by allergies, rosacea or exposure to sun, to high or low temperature.
It doesn't show any systemic disease. You may use laser to get rid of it.
I see the liver test reports you uploaded and AST is a bit elevated and GGT is elevated.
This result can show impaired liver function in case of alcolism or gallbladder stones.

Hope I have answered the question.

Thank you, Doctor,
I am already controlling my alcohol consumption, in fact, reduced a lot in the last couple of months.

My worry was whether these spider veins related to elevated LFT, and I am good with it as long as it is cosmetic.

Is it safe to assume that it is cosmetic and ignore for a while? I do not have any other physical symptoms.

Yes , here it is winter in XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
If it is only one probably not related to liver issues.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
If you are having only this and not in other places of body it is possibly only esthetic issue.
The spider veins in liver issues can appear in different parts of body and mainly in abdomen.
Keep reducing alcohol intake.
