Doctor I Had Been Having Pain In Left Side Lower

Question: Doctor I had been having pain in left side lower back since Tuesday evening.I visited a urologist on Wednesday and was advised a ct plain scan in which one stone was found in left kidney 4mm in size. I have been given urimax 0.4 for a week and drotin pain killer. I have had this for 2 days and now having constipation. Also last night I had fever 100 for which I had dolo 650. There is pain which goes down till groin. I am also having cystone from himalaya ayurvedic. Getting lot of burps and stomach is heavy with so much of water. Don't feel like eating. How can I help my digestion and is it ok to have low grade fever off and on. Last night I felt that the stone moved to groin since groin was paining. But again in morning I am having lower back pain. Urine output is slow and need to go repeatedly. Do I need to get concerned with having low grade fever upto 100. Can this size stone pass with urimax 0.4? I had pantocid 20 for my burps,it relieved the same but stomach is still heavy and constipation is also there.
Brief Answer:
Stone is oat likely have moved down
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been detected to have a stone in kidney .
The pain in lower back with fever suggest that the stone has moved down in lower ureter and fever is due to infection in stagnated urine .
Normally stone of a size of up to 8 mm pass out spontaneously.
Continue taking medicines prescribed by your Urologist. I also give antibiotic like Ceftum 500 mg twice daily to control fever and infection for my patients with similar complaints.
Ensure to drink more water.
This will work for you and stone will pass out within 4-5 days.
Thanks and Regards
