Question : I had Covid last week and had diarrhea/frequent bowel movements for a little over two days. Now I find that I seem to be constipated and have been passing light brown mucus and some white. Not a lot but some. I have had a few small nuggets or two but that is all. I have taken 2doses of mirolax order the last two days. Should I be concerned

I think you should not be concerned about it.
I think that you are constipated now because you possibly used loperamide while on diarrhea.
Also your bowel was empty because of diarrhea and possibly not eating enough food.
I think you may need to increase the amount of food you are eating and you will have normal bowel movement.
Also you can take probiotics such enterogerin or yovita to reestablish your intestinal flora.
