Does Abilify Interact With Pristiq And Remeron?

Question : Hello, my name is xxxxxx XXXXXXX and today I took 15 mg of abilify at 7:30 am, 50 mg of pristiq at 9:40 am, 5 mg of L-methylfolate at 10:45 am, and will have taken 3 mg of klonopin by the end of the day. I usually take 45 mg of remeron to help me sleep at night but I'm afraid that will cause serotonin syndrome with all of the medications I took today. Is it okay for me to go ahead and take 45 mg of remeron at night or do you think that will cause serotonin syndrome? Perhaps I should just take half and take 22.5 mg of remeron?

It is perfectly safe to take Remeron 45mg tonight with those other medications. You will not have serotonin syndrome.
