Question: I had a precription to vyvanse a few years ago
Lowest dose i believe at 30mg
I moved away and never renewed my prescription through my new doctor
I felt the vyvanse was vwry strong
Would an adderall or ritalin give me the focus i need without as much stim?

25mg of Vyvanse are equivalent (in potency) with 5mg of Adderall (or 10mg of Adderall XR) and 10mg of Ritalin. This means that if you had to use 30mg of Vyvanse then you're going to need about 12mg of Adderall XR or 12mg of Ritalin.
