Does Advil Help Cure Haematoma?

Question : is flying safe while suffering from a haematoma. I fell down the stairs last night and have a very large hematoma/bruise on my right buttox. I have to fly tomorrow for a business meeting. 2x1 hour flights. Any risk?

Haematoma will not be affected by flight journey.You can continue Advil.
Haematoma usually resolves gradually.If there is huge collection,it has to be drained.
Hope it is a bruise without collection.
