Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Advil use may be associated with palpitations in rare cases. Moreover people who use NSAID (including Advil) are at great risk to develop atrial fibrillation (cardiac arrhythmia).
This is why Advil use should be under medical prescription (as ordered by your doctor).
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,
Since you are using it for sore through (and you have occasional palpitations) I wouldn't recommend to take it at all, due to increased risk for palpitations and arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation.
I would recommend to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Mentol tablets or chewing gums.
Wish you health!
