There are no evidences that allopurinol would compromise the levels of PSA.
However, allopurinol is a medicine with many side effects which affects many body organs. Prostate is not mentioned to be affected. So if you do the test and it is normal, then great. But if abnormal, I would recommend doing further tests, or repeat it.
