Hi,

Aloe vera is not known to cause edema. If this is a recent observation, I will suggest that you get it evaluated by an examination and probably a urine test. If you are equally on other medications, kindly share with me so that I can review and say whether edema could be a side effect of any of them. If possible, send an image of the feet(I suppose this is where the edema is) for review.
