Question : Can't sleep ambien makes me feel bad next day wake up 3 am what can I do?

I can not stay asleep what can I do?

Ambien is a good drug to maintain sleep however induction of sleep is what you need.
I suggest you use Clonazepam instead of Ambien. It will induce sleep and also maintain it. However beware of dependancy, approach your physican for a prescription
