Ceftriaxone and doxycycline is the recommended treatment!

Hi,

Recommended treatment for epididymitis is a combination of a single dose of 250mg of ceftriaxone followed by 10days of doxycycline: 100mg twice daily. Amoxicillin is not very effective and cannot act on chlamydia which is a common cause of sexually transmitted diseases and Epididymitis.
