Amoxicilin or azytromicin are okay for possible pneumonia, however, you should not hurry with antibiotics if there is no bacterial pneumonia which is manifested with productive cough with fever and chest pain..It would be good to do xrays and lab findings before abtibiotic course. Have found that azyhtromycin not safe with Amiodorone.Amoxicillin okay.

Only longer intake of azitromycin may cause some ecg changes if taken more than 2 weeks which is rarely necessary. but amoxicilin is better option for nonresistant bacterias.
