Brief Answer:
You can conceive normally.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If the father of the baby you aborted was a negative blood group then there is no need to worry. You can conceive and deliver a normal baby.
If the father of the baby was a Rh positive group even then you can conceive the baby normally and in case you have high levels of antibodies in your blood then the baby may need an exchange blood transfusion. Getting a Coombs test done after you conceive will help in detecting that.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can have a normal baby after proper treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If you get pregnant the baby can have hemorrhage at the time of birth. Any bleeding during pregnancy can be detrimental for baby's health. You will have to follow your gynecologist's instructions strictly to have a normal baby.
Hope my answer is helpful.
