Does Aspirin Cause Bursting Of Blood Vessels Under Skin Of Hands?

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would like to confirm that your understanding on possible Aspirin implication could result true.
If you don’t have a known coronary artery disease (stable angina, acute coronary syndromes, etc), or any other vascular disorders that necessitates Aspirin continuous use, probably a temporarily stopping of the drug would clarify this issue (to see possible improving symptomatology).
But, this should be done only under close supervision and advice of your attending doctor.
I recommend you to perform some blood tests, like complete blood count, to check especially the platelets count (to exclude possible an abnormally lowered number); and also INR, bleeding and clotting times as well.
Chronic micro-trauma may be responsible for such a clinical scenario, even when the above tests result within the normal ranges.
In special individuals like diabetics, there exists increased blood vessels wall fragility, which may explain the above clinical signs. So a blood glucose profile (fasting glucose, HbA1c, etc) is necessary, too. Other systemic disorders may exert increased blood vessels fragility, as well.
So, I recommend a careful medical physical examination, to investigate for possible additional clinical symptomatology that could help to better differentiate the responsible cause.
Hope to have been helpful to you!
Feel free to ask me when ever you need! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
