Question : Hi, does avocom nasal spray cause fast heart beat like otrivin? Otrivin made my heart beats really fast...

Regarding your concern I would explain that otrivin doesn't have the same adverse effects like avocom.

The increased heart rate while taking otrivin could be related to anxiety or to an allergic reaction which are known adverse effects of otrivin.

Did you have any other symptoms like itching, sneezing, low blood pressure, etc. which could indicate an allergic reaction?

Avocom does not cause anxiety, increased heart rate and is not the same pharmacological class with otrivin, which means that the possibility of an allergic reaction would be low.

So you can use it without this problem.

Nevertheless, avocom, like almost all the drugs has some adverse effects, which are not related to any heart issues.
