Brief Answer:
Clinical examination and investigation will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

Bactrim may or may not help.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Your symptoms can be due to urinary tract infection ( UTI ).
I would advise that you should get following investigations done :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
3. Urine examination ( Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity ).

Antibiotic should be started according to the reports of the investigations.

You should drink lots of water daily.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
