Question : I had a ct scan yesterday and I had to drink 2 jugs of barium can that make your stool pale the next day
Brief Answer:
Yes, it can do so as a side effect
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Yes, its a common side effect of the contrast material. The pale stool usually subside on its own. If there is associated heartburn or dyspepsia then PPIs like esomeprazole or antacids such as bismol or polycrol can be taken.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
