This appears to be safe.

Detailed Answer:
I did a drug interactions check on Benadryl and Xarelto and no interactions were found. This means that none have been officially reported and there is no literature to say that these two medications would interact or would be suspected to interact.

So I think it is safe to go ahead and take the Benadryl.
