Yes Benazepril is anti Hypertensive drug it will help in reducing the BP raised by Amphetamines but still it is not advisable if you are taking Amphetamines for recreational purposes.
The increase BP caused by Amphetamines and reducing BP by Benazepril can be so serious that you can lead to shock or severe reaction
Don't play with medicines. It can be dangerous.

Severe reaction means reaction to combination of both drugs like rashes, vomitings, fall in BP, rise in pottasium levels causing arrhythmias, increase in heart rate, drowsiness.

                                    i dont want to take amphetamines but im sortof addicted to them. if i dont, i cant get out of bed in the morning.  my BP averages around 170/110
