So you seem to take Aspirin a blood thinner and Atorvastatin a lipid lowering drug to prevent another stroke.
Cymbalta, gabapentin, ultram and Fioricet are used for chronic pain (though Cymbalta and gabapentin have other uses as well as an antidepressant and antiepileptic respectively)
Topamax I am assuming is for migraine prevention (or as an anticonvulsant)
Prilosec is a stomach protector which makes sense with all these drugs
Benadryl as you may know is used for allergies and vitamin D is simply a supplement.
The one drug I can't account for is Mirapex, it is used usually for parkinsonism which you do not mention.

Now while alone most of them may seem appropriate taking them altogether raises the concern of interactions. There are several interactions between them, some are minor but others are more serious. To name some of them: Fioricet decreases the level of Cymbalta and atorvastatin, Cymbalta in turn increases the level of ultram, benadryl increases levels of cymbalta, topiramate decreases level of atorvastatin, cymbalta and ultram increase levels of a neurotransmitter called serotonin etc etc, the list is long. So I would consider making some modifications. Taking so many it is a delicate balance. I have not followed you regularly and do not have your medical reports so I can't make big changes lightly, must go through with your physician as well. However one change I would consider would be the use of Cymbalta, since if it's used for the pain there are several other drugs covering that aspect. I wonder also about the use of Topamax if used for migraine, Gabapentine is also used for that purpose, perhaps increasing Gabapentin may make possible the interruption of cymbalta and topamax, but again must discuss with your physician as they may be used for other purposes as well.
