Brief Answer:
Sub clinical infection or normal variation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Your WBC count is low normal. So it may be a normal variation without any problems. Or it can be due to some subclinical viral infection or other infection.
Your other counts are normal so nothing to worry.
It is not due to side effects of botox.
If you have any symptoms then please tell me about that. Otherwise nothing to worry. Just repeat your total WBC count after a month.
Nothing serious. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.
