Brief Answer:
You need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The medicine given by your doctor would help you symptomatically in reducing the swelling.

But I am worried for plenty of RBC's in your urine.

I would recommend you to get your Ultrasound Kidney and bladder to check for any stones, that might be causing the swelling.

I would also recommend you to check for your Vitamin D 3 levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
