Question : I believe I have bronchitis but have just moved to my old home town and have not yet gotten a Dr. I have had an ongoing sinus situation for eons. Last year I had a dreadful sinus infection. Amoxicillin did nothing and I'm trying to locate the name of the drug that cleared up the problem. It is an antibiotic with the name something like "cefloximine." Do you know this drug?

I'll mention some similar names just in case you've misspelled it!

Cefuroxime, cephalexin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin...

I suppose it has to be the first one.
