Brief Answer:
no known interactions

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are no known interactions and they can be used together if prescribed in this way.

Cephalexin (also known sometimes as keflex) is classified as a first generation cephalosporin.
Cephalosporins are a type or family of antibiotics and first generation means that it is one of the first cephalosporins to be made.

Augmentin is a type of penicillin. It has a similar structure to cephalexin and they tend to fight similar bacteria though the cephalexin has a slightly broader range.
Because of the similarity, they are not commonly given together but it can be done if needed.

Summary: (1)have a similar structure
(2)can be used with no known interactions

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
