I am afraid there isn't any basis for that affirmation, no.

Since there are other signs of him having an affair, and he isn't using the Cialis with me, I would have to assume he is having an affair? He has not been to a doctor and that was his self diaganosis about why he needed the Cialis when I found him sneaking it in the lid of his deodorant n a trip without me.o
Brief Answer:
You do have a point in assuming that.
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for taking so long to answer. Your follow up question came just as I had gone to sleep (being in Europe there are time differences).
Your doubt is justified I must say. If he said that it happened due to shrinking from the cold there would be some logic. It would still be stupid to take Cialis for that mind you, but would be plausible to some minor degree. But this inversion from both hot and cold doesn't make sense.
Of course I hope you consider it carefully before reaching to hurried conclusions. I do not know him or the dynamics of your marriage and this is not exactly something you are taught about in med school. Patients at times XXXXXXX you for the absurd reasons they self medicate. However if there are other signs him having an affair is certainly a possibility to be considered.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
