I would like to appraise you that cinnamon per se cannot induce abortion completely and doesn't ensure completion of abortion. Though naturopathy does recommend cinnamon to initiate bleeding but there have been more cases of incomplete abortion rather than safe abortion.

In that case first confirm pregnancy with a serum beta hcg test. If this comes as positive then she is pregnant and if the levels of hcg is less than 1 then the test is negative and she is not pregnant at all. This test is effective after 7 days of intercourse.
Or else you can opt to wait for 8 days post missed period to perform the urine pregnancy test.
So in either case, pregnancy should be confirmed before undertaking any decision for medical abortion.
