I read carefully your question.

No, ciprofloxacin does not cure trichomoniasis, because ciprofloxacine it is a antibiotic which cures bacterial infections while Trichomonas it is a parasite.

On the other side though, please note that urinary tract infections are treated with ciprofloxacin, so maybe your doctor has given to you this prescription to cure a urinary tract infection.

Keep in mind to drink plenty of fluids..it is very important.
