By CIPRO , are you referring to the antibiotic ciprofloxacin. If the answer is yes, then it is better not to take calcium or magnesium along with cipro, because calcium and magnesium decreases effects of ciprofloxacin by inhibition of gastrointestinal absorption.
However, if it is really mandatory Ciprofloxacin can be taken 2 hr before or 6 hr after calcium /magnesium salts.
