Brief Answer:
You do have chance for pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

If your menstrual cycles are regular, in all probability you are ovulating. You do have chance for pregnancy.
Clomid helps in bringing about ovulation in women who are not ovulating.

Usually in women above 40 years the quality of egg reduces and this is of concern.
I suggest you consult reproductive medicine specialist. You need to do some tests like, FSH, Antimullerian hormone and antral follicle count. These tests help us find out about the quality of eggs. Based on these tests, your doctor will plan the treatment.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
