Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
There are a few adverse interactions between the medicines and it is better to avoid taking them together. The main problem are cholinergic side effects like dryness of mouth, constipation or difficulty in urination. They can also cause sedation.
Rarely there can be symptoms of raised serotonin levels but unlikely at the doses of medicine you are on.
If you don't have any adverse effects now, don't worry but it would be a good idea to contact your doctor and discuss alternative medicines.
Take care
