Hello,

there are no significant interactions between these drugs. There is some potential for different absorption of duloxetine due to the effect of prilosec on gastric acidity but this is not significant either.

Dextromethorphan may interact with duloxetine. If it's Tylenol Cold & Flu Severe then it contains dextromethorphan and you should avoid it!
