Brief Answer:
increased risk of sedation and dizziness

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fioricet is a combination of paracetamol, caffeine and butalbital.

There are different potential side effects that may or may not occur but in terms of the gastrointestinal tract the most common side effects nausea, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), constipation, flatulence.

Though abdominal pain is not a common known side effect , persons experience medications differently.
Based on the mechanism of action of these drugs, abdominal pain may occur due irritation of the stomach by the caffeine or constipation (due to butalbital),
If bloating occurs (due to butalbital - constipation), then this can also cause discomfort.

Abdominal pain also occurs in some instances if a persons is somewhat intolerant to some component in a medication.

In terms of alcohol use along with this medication, this may cause increased sedation and dizziness.
Butalbital is associated with a risk of sedation and dizziness , this risk is increased with the use of alcohol.

This is a minor risk of interaction of the alcohol and paracetamol on the liver but this risk is small.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
