Question : I have started using Flagyl oral tabs and virginal pessaries for my itches when I urinate is it good

The itching during urination can be due to a fungal infection. Flagyl is only good for anaerobic vaginal infections. it is best to get yourself evaluated by a gynaecologist and then take prescription medicines accordingly.

okay but what of the pessaries will that help

Pessaries will also help anaerobic infection only. in your case antifungal pessaries may be needed.
