Question : For how long ie how many months/years can I take 1 tablet of Flotral daily. What is the best time to take it. After meal or before? Does Flotral increase the flow of urine or only helps to lower urine retention?

You can take Flotral for lifelong. You need to take it after a meal at same time of the day, preferably after dinner.

It increases the flow rate by relaxing the prostratic part of urethra and bladder neck, so as a result prevents urinary retention.
