No, gabapentin use doesn't raise blood pressure (but the contrary is true).

One of the side effects of gabapentin use is that it lower blood pressure (hypotensive effect). Even that this isn't very often this should be kept in mind during treatment because interaction may occur (with other antihypertensive drugs).
